A recent Facebook survey revealed that a majority of music schools run monthly auto-pay for tuition. A surprisingly significant number of studios do semester, annual or prorated billing. This approach to billing and collections lacks simplicity and consistency. Many studios implement pricing packages that create unnecessary complexity as well. In this episode, I discuss the value of simplicity and consistency and how it benefits both you and your customers.
