I tried every makeup lesson policy under the sun. I initially offered makeup lessons with a 24-hour heads up. Very customer friendly, but as my studio grew, so did my administrative efforts with having to keep up with the demand for makeup lessons.
Then I tried a no-makeup lesson policy. Not very customer friendly but it allowed me to devote more time to growing my studio and keeping current customers happy.
